Philips Respironics Mask Selector is the first and only clinically validated, 3D facial scanning solution that helps providers to fit 9 out of 10 patients with the right mask from the start. The proprietary Mask Selector algorithm offers a novel solution in the shift toward digitization of health care, helping to improve business efficiencies by reducing costs associated with fitting time and mask waste.
Leading the UX on this project meant taking over work that was implemented from external vendors during early formative exploration on DME and patient engagement. This work encompassed helping define user expecations and needs within the current techological constraints while influencing the business and engineering teams on design criteria for proper brand and tone execution. This project had many turns and exciting wins and I'm looking forward to sharing this soon.
